MEET DR. HANNAH
Dr. Hannah Yoon completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science at University of California, Davis before she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic with honors from Southern California University of Health Sciences in Los Angeles, CA. Her interest in chiropractic grew after a low back injury from ice skating and snowboarding. After several prescribed medications and injections with little to no success, Dr. Hannah was first introduced to chiropractic through a family member who utilized chiropractic treatment. The efficacy of chiropractic treatment positively affected her life and inspired her path into chiropractic.
Throughout her chiropractic training at SCUHS, Dr. Hannah participated in various community outreach programs and clerkship rotations that allowed her to work with all ages and many types of neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. Dr. Hannah was also trained at the Veteran Affairs (VA) Hospitals in Los Angeles and Northridge, where chiropractic trainees can acquire clinical skills along-side other medical professionals.
Dr. Hannah cares for a diverse range of patients, offering a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitative exercises for optimum results. Dr. Hannah enjoys staying active by running, playing tennis, and performing free-weight exercises. In her free time, she likes to travel, attend concerts, and play tennis with her husband.
Print the new patient intake form, fill it out, and bring it in with you to your first visit. Please be as specific and detailed as you can. This will help expedite your first visit, since the first visit can usually take about 45-60 minutes. If you do not have a printer then you can come to the office and fill the paperwork out here.
In order for Dr. Hannah to have a better understanding of what type of problem you are presenting with, she will ask you questions pertaining to your medical history, family history, and personal history. After taking your medical history, Dr. Hannah will perform detailed and thorough examinations. If you are a good candidate for the chiropractic care, then you will get your first adjustment.
SECOND VISIT - REPORT OF FINDINGS
A follow up visit will be scheduled within a week of your initial visit to discuss your exam findings, scan analysis, and your individualized treatment plan. We will go over the finances and any questions you may have.
